Fairport Containers first established its Textile & Recycling Banks Division in 2014. Originally servicing a small handful of customers, it has increased to a portfolio of over 30 major, national and international charities and recycling companies. We're members of the Charity Retail Association, which shows our commitment to the sector.

Our UK depots refurbish charity clothing banks for customers nationwide and offer secure storage. Banks that look cared for build public trust and can bring in more donations.
Every bank is inspected for faults and shot-blasted to remove old paint and vinyls. We repair it and replace any damaged parts. Then it’s repainted in your colours, finished with new vinyl graphics and quality checked.
We also offer full transport and logistics. Our flatbed trailers have rear-mounted Hiab cranes with a reach of up to 12 metres, so we can lift over walls, fences, barriers and soft ground.
Where our vehicles can’t reach, drivers use a hand pump truck, enabling the driver to deliver containers anywhere. Due to the Hiab lifting capabilities, banks do not need to be emptied. It has the capacity to transport up to 18 x 4ft clothing banks at any one time. Fairport offers nationwide transport coverage at one standard competitive fee.
Our drivers report back on the condition of your banks, including damage, maintenance problems and any unauthorised banks on your sites. That helps protect your brand and your donation income.

Unauthorised clothing banks can be removed following a period of notification. We manage the full removal and compliant disposal process on your behalf, helping you maintain control of your sites and protect your charity’s reputation.
